A Simple Exercise Routine That Works for Lower Back/Hip Pain

I've found that this simple routine--that you can do at home in only 5 minutes--works to strengthen the muscles deep in the hips that help to stabilize the hip structure and well as the adductors. As a result, hip flexors like your psoas and your piriformis are not strained by trying to do what the core muscles should be doing.

The routine's got a silly name, and it obviously is intended to improve your appearance...but give it a try and let me know what you think!
